Premiere Celebrates Thanksgiving Day

True to its mission of fostering and encouraging cultural diversity, Premiere celebrated the 2011 Thanksgiving Day with a multicultural and international buffet featuring native dishes from the different ethnic backgrounds of its faculty, staff, and students. The Student Services Center was decked with the different colors of autumn leaves, straw scare crows, and a bountiful cornucopia filled with vegetables and flowers dominated the buffet table laden with dishes prepared by the faculty and staff using their traditional family recipes to the delight of the Premiere students.

Dr. Fe Ludovico-Aragon, the College’s Executive Director and President , began the event with a Thanksgiving prayer for all the accomplishments of the faculty, staff, and students for 2011 and hope for an even better 2012 to come.

While the Premiere Career College Choir serenaded the long lines of students streaming in for seconds and thirds with fun filled Christmas carols, the carving stations and barbecue grills were kept busy the whole day, from 11 am to 7pm in order to provide this Thanksgiving treat to the morning, afternoon, and evening sessions of the Vocational Nursing, Surgical Technology, Hospital Central Service Technician, Medical Assisting, General Office, and Financial Records Processing programs .  At Premiere Career College, a student’s quality education also comes with fun filled activities to develop a totally well-rounded personality.
